To ensure clarity and transparency in our business transactions, we have outlined our detailed Payments and Refund Policy.

 

Payment Methods

We offer a variety of convenient payment methods for your ease of use:

  • Razorpay: Our primary and secure payment gateway allows you to make direct payments from our website. It supports all forms of payment, including debit/credit cards, net banking, UPI, and major wallets.
  • Manual Payments: For those who prefer to make payments manually, we accept payments via Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, UPI, and bank transfers. Regardless of the payment method chosen, please ensure that all payments are made in favor of our parent company, “ONGOING.”
 
 
Social Media Marketing

Our Social Media Marketing services are categorized into three plans: Starter, Business, and Premium, with each having two sub-plans. In Plan 1, we provide image-based post design and publishing on your social media accounts. Please note that this plan does not include post design revisions. In Plan 2, we extend our services to include creating, setting up, optimizing your social media accounts, and creating banners. Plan 2 includes a one-time revision of post image design, with additional revisions incurring extra charges based on your specific requirements. For all Social Media Marketing plans, clients are required to make full payment for the month they wish to engage in marketing. We do not start any campaign without receiving full payment upfront.

 

Video Editing

Our Video Editing services offer two plans: Starter and Custom. The Starter plan comes with a fixed price, while the Custom plan’s cost varies depending on your project requirements. Clients opting for the Starter plan are required to make full payment before we commence the editing process. For those choosing the Custom plan, an initial payment is accepted, and we provide the downloadable version of the video upon receiving the due payment. It’s essential to note that the Custom plan offers extensive features, allowing you to craft the precise video you desire. While the Starter plan includes one-time revisions, the Custom plan allows for a maximum of three revisions, tailored to the complexity of your project.

 

Web Design

Our Web Design services feature three package options: Basic, E-commerce, and Custom, with two plans within each package. To initiate your project, we request an initial booking amount. Once your project is completed, we provide you with a demo link for you to review your website’s appearance across different devices, including mobiles, tablets, and computers. We understand the importance of customization, and thus we allow a maximum of three changes for all packages. However, we retain the right to cancel a project in the event of client misconduct. If your project has reached the demo stage and is subsequently canceled, the initial payment will not be refunded. Upon your satisfaction with the demo, we request the final payment, and within the next 2 to 4 hours, your website goes live on your designated domain and hosting. We may consider discounts prior to the initial payment, but please note that no changes in price will be entertained once the initial payment has been made. Should you wish to incorporate additional features or services into your website during the design process, we will adjust the prices accordingly, provided that such requests are communicated in writing by our executives via email or WhatsApp.

 

Google Ads

Our Google Ads services include Ads Account Setup and Ads Account Maintenance, both of which require full payment in advance. Please note that we do not offer refunds for Google Ads Account Setup. The Ads Account Maintenance service is an add-on available exclusively to clients whose accounts have been set up by Social IMAGE.

For social media marketing and Google Ads setup, full payment is required to initiate the service. However, for video editing and web design services, an initial payment of 40% is required. For web design, we provide a full working demo for your review, and once you confirm and are ready to go live, the remaining 60% is due. For video editing, we share a one-time watch file for your review, with a maximum of 2 allowed changes. After you're satisfied, the remaining 60% is payable, and we'll provide you with the downloadable video file.

The content and style of the promotional video depend on your requirements and budget. The more extensive the budget, the more elaborate the video can be, with options ranging from action-packed effects to subtle, artistic visuals. We tailor the video to meet your specific needs and objectives.

The choice between Google Ads and social media marketing depends on your marketing goals. Social media helps you reach a broader audience and build brand awareness, while Google Ads directly target users actively searching for your products or services.
